Barton University also provides customized classes to local businesses and community organizations:

- Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Adult, child and/or infant focus
- English or Spanish
Barton University provides American Heart Association certified instructors, with a ratio of at least one instructor to every six students, as well as all equipment and study materials. Classes can be held at the Barton University facility or instructors will travel to your site (South Lake Tahoe & Carson Valley areas).
